    Tuesday Talks with Hannah

For the last few months, we have been running an awesome Instagram series called Tuesday Talks with Hannah, it’s been a great way for the team and stakeholders to share a little bit about themselves and their experiences in life. Tuesday Talks is a live interview in which we ask the guest to tell us about their experience through mystery shopping, their thoughts on customer service and the return of sectors post COVID-19, we also love digging below the surface.

We’ve had some smashing interviews so far with the MD, some of our Programme Coordinators, our Business Development Exec and we’ve even interviewed some of our top shoppers!

We start with some quickfire questions where we like to get to know the interviewee and then dive into some more customer experience focused questions. It’s great to get some insight from different areas of the business and from a real range of people. Check out our Instagram to see the interviews, they’re very light-hearted and often over a glass of wine or a nice, chilled beer.

    What Hannah said

“The Tuesday Talks series was introduced to give our community (friends, shoppers and clients alike) an inside scoop into the world of Pro.

We want to be able to give heaps of value to our stakeholders and whether that be an inside scoop on what makes Tom, our Team Leader tick, advise from Chloe, our Head of Business Development on searching for the best mystery shopping company or tips from a top shopper on how to earn money in your free time.

I’ve loved meeting new people each week and digging into the detail around customer service and why now, more than ever it plays a huge part in buying decisions. Meeting Simon, our long term shopper was a standout episode for me in which we spoke about the skills he’s learnt being a shopper and how not only has he earned extra money or had exciting days out or experiences, but these skills have helped him in his career progression.

Our mission is to be the mystery shopping company of choice and if we can jump on IGTV once a week to share our thoughts and perspectives and simply add value wherever possible, then that is absolutely what we’ll do.

If you’d like to be a guest on our Tuesday Talks, please do message us at @proinsightmysteryshopping. Whether it be that you’re a client, colleague or shopper of ours, we’d love to hear about your experience and thoughts on the customer service world!”
