Let’s aim for the STARS
Every survey you submit is reviewed by our Quality Control team and graded using our STARS system:
S – Spelling & Grammar
T – Timeliness
A – Attachment Quality
R – Recall & Accuracy
S – Storytelling
Each is worth 20% of your grade for that survey, and your overall STARS grade is the average across everything you submit. Keep it high and you'll be offered more and more work, in your area and online. Reach the top level and you unlock Platinum, with perks like jumping the applications queue and self-assigning jobs. Because STARS matters so much to us, we've built the quiz around the same five things. It's not an exam, and it's not designed to catch you out. It's here so you know what "great" looks like before your first shop, and so we know you're up for giving our clients insight worth having, rather than a few rushed words in a box.

> You need 80% or more to pass.
> You get 2 attempts. If the second doesn't go your way, email shopper@proinsight.org and we'll help you get there.
