  • At Proinsight, we have been overjoyed with client growth since the pandemic, leading to rapid recovery of our mystery shop programmes. As a result of this, we are continuing to add resources in order to support our brand partners and deliver outstanding insight. The operations team works extremely hard behind the scenes to ensure all of our shops are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.


    We are extremely excited to introduce you to the newest member of the Proinsight operations Team, Jack King, who has joined us as a Programme Coordinator.


    Jack has started off by supporting our shoppers in the West Midlands. With his wealth of knowledge from working at Millnet Document Services, starting as a Skilled Operator and moving up to Team Leader, Jack will look to bring a fresh perspective/attitude to the team as well as using his technical and organisational skills to help grow the area he is looking after.
