We are proud to have been appointed by UKActive to provide independent validation and assessment for its annual leisure and fitness industry awards.
Proinsight will carry initially carry out Online Member Surveys across all nominated sites for centre/club of the year. Successful entrants will then be shortlisted to move to stage two where two mystery shops will be conducted, which will be a blend of digital, telephone and face2face assessments.
Using its bespoke app, Proinsight will also manage the data collection at the “Judges house” stage which will be completed in May 2019.
The Awards will take place be in Manchester on Thursday 6th of June 2019.
