We had the absolute pleasure of meeting our mystery shopping partners and friends in Amsterdam last month to discuss all things mystery shopping of course!
As Elite Members of the Mystery Shopping Professionals Association, we are lucky enough to have the opportunity to connect and network with other mystery shopping providers from around the globe to share best practice and learn from one another how to create the best experiences for our clients and shoppers.
The Masterclass itself covered topics on Covid-19 recovery, allowing us to focus on the ‘here & now’ as well as future plans for the industry. The discussions revolved around where mystery shopping sits as part of the wider research ecosystem and the value mystery shopping companies add to many organisations.
And the best bit? We got to do it all whilst enjoying fabulous food and wine with so many inspirational partners.
