As the end of the year approaches, Proinsight is looking forward to starting work with two businesses in 2016. We are delighted to announce that we will commencing mystery shopping programmes with both Herstmere Leisure Trust and KA Leisure.
Hertsmere Leisure Trust provides and promotes community sport, recreational and arts services, and operates some of Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire’s best equipped, most friendly and affordable health, leisure, sports and arts facilities. Proinsight will be coordinating mystery visits across over a dozen of their sites, and is looking forward to forming a working relationship that will allow Hertsmere Leisure to maintain the excellent standard of their facilities.
KA Leisure was established to provide access to recreation and leisure facilities for the community of North Ayrshire and their vision is to ‘Provide opportunities for the local community and individuals to be more active, more often through access to facilities and delivering programmes for sport, entertainments, recreation, social activities and more’. Proinsight will work with KA Leisure to build a mystery shopping programme that befits this vision.
