    In a time where positivity is needed, we have some great news coming out of the Pro Hub!


    We are over the moon to welcome Leanne to the Proinsight team as our new Team Leader in the Client Services department. With experience in hair dressing, the fitness industry and adult education, Leanne brings a huge breadth of knowledge and talent to our team!

    Previously, Leanne was a Sales Manager at Parkwood Leisure resulting in being mystery shopped by Proinsight herself; she knows exactly what the perfect mystery shop looks like.

    If you don’t find Leanne hiking up a mountain or out cycling with her son she’ll be working out in the gym. A lover of fine cuisine, you’ll often find Leanne enjoying her weekends with a nice glass malbec!

    Within the Client Services Department, Leanne will mainly be responsible for creating your bespoke mystery shopping surveys and overall bringing your mystery shopping programme to life. From setting up your online dashboard to ensuring the right people in your business receive their mystery shop reports; Leanne will make sure you get the best value from your programme which will help drive consistent improvement among your teams.

    After a year full of uncertainty, we are incredibly proud to be taking on a new addition, and are very proud of every Pro team player for the way they have adapted to our new ways of working and faced new challenges every single day.
