Victoria’s Secret partner with Proinsight for a 2nd year
We are super pleased to be providing monthly insights on the customer experience in all Victoria’s Secret stores across the UK.
Proinsight and Victoria’s Secret have worked together to create a mystery shop criteria that captures every moment of their magnificent stores, from the first impression of being ‘wowed’ on arrival, right through to finding the perfectly fitting bra with the help of their sales associates.
