Up and coming Mystery Shopping company Proinsight had its own company day on 18.09.2018, being hosted in ukactive offices in Holborn. The company day was graced with special guest appearance by Russell Woollarrd, one of Proinsight’s top Mystery Shoppers, who has done over 100+ shops for the company and has been reliable throughout his career with us.
Each team member contributed, with account managers presenting success stories of our clients, articulating how impactful mystery shopping is in their continuous development, quality control and support teams discussing the best practice examples of mystery shop reports and our schedulers sharing their experiences working with our dedicated and valued mystery shoppers.
