  • Proinsight attends Cascade Roadshow

    Proinsight takes the show on the road as David Hopkins, Managing Director, will be speaking at a series of workshops in April organised by Cascade3d, a software company that uses data to help hundreds of sports, leisure and healthcare organisations across the UK to improve health and wellbeing.  Their clients include not-for-profit organisations such as ukactive and Alliance Leisure as well as local leisure trusts such as Circadian Trust and Sport Aberdeen.

    David will be attending three dates, at Sandwell, Barnsley and Broxbourne, and will present a section based on the question: “What does your customers’ data look like?”, and will talk about how Proinsight presents mystery shopper feedback as data to clients. In general, the workshops will explore the difficulties faced by leisure industry operators, and working towards solutions for these issues.
