Active Nottingham operates Nottingham City Council’s eight leisure centres offering a number of fitness memberships and pay-as-you-go activities. Adults and children can take up swimming, health and fitness activities and sports such as football, tennis, athletics and cycling. Centres include the iconic Harvey Hadden Sports Village and the internationally-renowned Nottingham Tennis Centre as well as six community-focused centres throughout the city.
Active Nottingham is all about encouraging people to get out and get active. Proinsight were commissioned to provide a comprehensive programme of mystery shops across all leisure sites to provide customer feedback for the next 12 months.
