As part of strategy brand development for Festival Place and in addition to existing internal mystery shops assessing Festival Place team, a programme of retail mystery shops is being introduced in order to encourage promoting the brand values and delivering the best shopping experience possible.
ProInsight, the leading mystery shopping and consumer insight company was appointed to deliver the mystery visits to the shop retailers in two phases, starting in April 2018 and continuing in November 2018. Visit reports will assess retailers on the “normal” criteria but also layer in visual merchandising, store standards and customer service to include add-ons offered, product knowledge and centre knowledge.
