New Programme Coordinator for Proinsight

We are pleased to announce that Tom Holford, following his successful three month internship with us, will be joining Proinsight as a full time member of staff, in the role of Programme Coordinator. In this position, Tom will be liaising with both shoppers and clients to ensure that monthly mystery shopping programmes are fulfilled on time and completed to a high standard.

The experience Tom has gained so far in coordinating mystery shopping programmes, as well as his contribution to setting up our new online platform, have cemented his role as an essential member of the team. Tom says: “I am absolutely delighted to be joining the team at such an exciting time and I can’t wait for the challenges ahead”. Best of luck Tom!
