As you are probably aware, many of our clients ask us to implement monthly mystery shopping programmes for their centres, as this way the standard of customer service can be measured at fairly regular intervals. However, at Proinsight we are flexible with the programmes we can offer. For example, we are currently running a weekly mystery shopping programme with Fitness Flex over six weeks, specifically at their Doncaster site. This more intense and compacted series of mystery shops will allow the client to monitor the level of customer service more closely over a shorter period of time.
