• Mystery Shopping your Customer Experience

  • Last Wednesday, 7th September 2016, two members of ProInsight’s team attended TRP The Retention People’s latest event – ‘Succeeding in a Changing Fitness Market.’ The event was comprised of a number of presentations which were geared towards retaining business and nurturing success in a rapidly evolving fitness market. 

    trpThe day was a great success and all of the presentations provided food for thoughton how to entice and retain fitness customers in an increasingly digital market. The event proved very interesting for ProInsight and the company will certainly be looking to take the lessons on board and implement some changes into their mystery shopping programme in order to further assist their clients and encourage success.

    The event also provided a great opportunity to meet some new people within the industry and touch base with some current clients. 

    ProInsight would like to thank everybody at TRP for the event but would like to say a particular thank you to Tamara for our invites; we had a great day and thoroughly enjoyed the company and content, a great success.
