Meet the people who will make things happen for you.
Having held senior manager positions at both David Lloyd and GLL, David founded Proinsight and is the business’ Managing Director. David is obsessed with customer experience, having built over 100 customer experience programmes for our clients. When he’s not working he can be found on a badminton court or hacking his way round a golf course.
Having held various leadership positions across the leisure sector, more recently as a General Manager, Oliver runs ProInsight’s day to day operations. A keen sportsman, Liverpool fan and current office bake–off champion (organised by Oliver), Oliver is a bit of a night owl and foodie, currently boasting a modest 4.7 Uber rating.
Pawel is Proinsight’s resident sales guru. Having moved to the UK from Poland a year ago, Pawel has joined the Proinsight team to actively seek new clients and nurture existing relationships. In his free time he likes to travel and update his blog and he also enjoys spending his free time exploring the hustle and bustle of the busy streets of East London.
Chloe joined us as an Account Manager in August 2017. Prior to Proinsight, Chloe had worked as National Sales Manager for Parkwood Leisure and has vast experience in the leisure industry. She will be responsible for looking after many of our clients and helping them get the most out of their mystery shopping programmes.
Having worked as a mystery shopper for over 10 years, Karen joined Proinsight first as a Programme Co-ordinator and now a Client Services Manager. She is currently doing a degree in Business Psychology and has a special interest in understanding consumer behaviour and employee motivation. When she is not working or studying, she spends her free time baking and making jams.
Will joined the team in February after graduating from Loughborough University in 2016. He has various experience in sectors ranging from hospitality to events. As a graduate in Sport and Exercise Science he has a huge interest in sports and participates in a wide range of them. As one of our programme co-ordinators Will is always available to help.
George has joined the ProInsight team as a Programme Coordinator in July 2017 and has settled into the company with ease. He finished his degree in Advertising and Marketing in 2016 and has been involved in various roles within customer service and sales. He has a keen interest in the outdoors and loves nothing more than travelling with his mates!
Weerapol, affectionately known to all in Proinsight as Mink joins Proinsight in June. Having been a mystery shopper himself, Mink has now decided to see the industry from the other side. He is our Programme Co-ordinator and is mainly responsible for all our video shops. Mink has a huge passion in tea and runs a tea business in his spare time.
Augustina joins Proinsight as a Programme Co-ordinator in June. Prior to her career with us, Augustina was an actress playing a variety of roles in Eastenders, Walk on Parts, Camelot amongst others. When she is not working, she loves spending quality time with her family and friends.
Mohammed joins the team as the Proinsight Apprentice. He has completed his apprenticeship and is now working as an Intern. He works closely with Karen ensuring everything on the platform is tip-top and is also the office social media guru. He is very interested in digital marketing and hopes to grow his interest into a career. In his spare time he enjoys watching funny videos online and also enjoys hanging out with his friends wherever they may be.
Iveta Webster is Financial Controller for Proinsight. Iveta loves working with numbers and thrives on the detail required in accounting. She has three children, speaks four languages and relishes a DIY project. In her spare time (if there ever was such a thing!) she enjoys getting lost in a good book and taking a stroll out with her camera.
Rosemary is passionate about writing that communicates clearly. She has spent many years writing for publication and constantly irritates herself at how she always manages to spot errors in whatever she reads. She is also passionate about healthy food, fitness and red wine, preferring yoga to jumping up and down and Malbec to Merlot.
Liz is a teacher who has taught kids from 12 to 60 years old in a variety of subjects. For the past 18 years she has been more involved in organisational change, design and leadership. She has a passion for gin, of all kinds, and the odd red wine, and she also has a soft spot for musical theatre. As Liz is always involved in many different things, this type of work can be fitted in – usually at 6am which suits her!
After founding and selling two businesses in the leisure sector, Mhairi brings her operational and product development experience to expand Proinsight’s portfolio and help the team drive growth. Sports fan and food fan in equal measure she makes full use of London’s diverse restaurant scene
Sally has worked for DC Leisure, Leisure Connection and GLL in various Research, Sales and Marketing roles. She heads up the research team, running various user, non-user and NBS research projects. When Sally isn’t running around town centres surveying leisure centre non-users she can be found watching any rugby that is on TV while looking after her two children.
